This album, recorded in 1977, captures all the energy that Cotton unleashed on stage, thanks in part to the talented band that accompanies him through his agile mix of blues, funk, R&B and jazz. Matt “Guitar” Murphy (famously featured in the movie “The Blues Brothers”), takes both rhythm and lead guitar playing to new heights. Long out of print, this album has finally been resurrected for all fans of high-voltage blues. Also includes bonus tracks.
